Every session is measured, purposeful and clearly guided — so you always know what you’re doing and why. Whether you’re new to training or looking to refine your performance, you’ll find a supportive environment where you can work hard, build confidence and genuinely enjoy the process.

My classes at YeoFit are welcoming, energising, and made for all levels. We focus on good movement, steady progress, and enjoying the session—no pressure, just real support. Whether you’re starting out or building fitness, you’ll leave feeling stronger, clearer, and more connected to your body.

Classes

Contour Performance is led by Daniel Edney, a qualified personal trainer specialising in endurance sport and group exercise. Training is evidence-based, structured and progression-focused, with an emphasis on encouragement and clarity. The aim is simple: help people get stronger, fitter and more confident in an environment that feels supportive and purposeful.

Pricing

Personal Training: £45 per hour.

 

Subscription: 2 sessions per week is £320/month. 1 session per week is £160/month.

INDOOR CYCLING

Our flagship session. Structured, purposeful and designed to help you improve week by week.

You’ll be guided clearly through each ride, with simple effort targets that help you work at the right level for you. Small class sizes mean you’re supported throughout — never lost, never left guessing. Whether you’re building confidence, improving fitness or just want a focused and energising workout, every ride has intention.

CONDITIONING

Challenging, structured sessions designed to improve overall fitness and resilience.

 

Expect purposeful combinations of strength, cardio and movement that help you build capacity without losing control. You’ll work at the right level for you, with clear guidance and small class sizes ensuring you’re supported throughout.

STRENGTH

Focused, progressive strength training in a small-group setting.

 

Sessions are built around clear movement patterns and gradual progression, so you learn proper technique while getting stronger

week by week.

Whether you’re new to lifting or looking to build a solid foundation alongside other training, you’ll be coached carefully and encouraged throughout.

MOBILITY

Focused sessions designed to improve movement quality, flexibility and control.

 

Whether you’re balancing harder training sessions or simply want to move and feel better day to day, these classes help you build strength through range and develop confidence in your body.  Calm, structured and guided throughout.
