Welcome to the 8 week hill climbers programme


This programme is for building endurance, speed & overall efficiency when taking on inclines as part of your training or race day. It's ideally suited to novice runners wanting to build a solid foundation or elites wanting to avoid a training plateau.


How does it work?


Over 8 weeks you'll follow a structured programme based on 2-3 sessions per week. This is available to you via PDF download once your order is complete.
